Cancellation policy: There is no penalty when canceling a reservation within 24 hours of your initial booking date. A 25% penalty applies when cancellation is 24 hours after the initial booking and up to two weeks of the reservation date, a 50% penalty applies when cancellation is within two weeks of the reservation date. All Elevate Party and Event Rental customers are responsible for any damage(s) that are caused during the time of their rental and agree to pay to repair and/or replace damage(s) and/or products. Upon delivery, a valid photo ID must be presented matching the recipient listed on the order. Military and public safety discounts require valid photo ID and can be submitted through www.elevatetheevent.com, email or text. Reservations are to be paid in full prior to the scheduled delivery date. No open flames within 10 ft of tents to include gas and propane grills; electric grills only under or around tents.
